History of the Lawrence Friends of Music
Lawrence Friends of Music, Inc. was founded in 1967 with the purpose of encouraging music and helping provide opportunities in music. Lawrence Friends of Music co-sponsors the Lawrence Youth Symphony, provides scholarships and awards in music, and holds fundraisers for music opportunities.
