Biography of Elmer Roth (1904-1991)

Elmer Roth was born in 1904 to Henry and Elizabeth Wertz Roth and moved to Great Bend, Kansas to 1942, where he eventually retired from a career as an attorney in Rush County, Kansas. Roth was a member of the Barton County Bar Association and served as a representative for Rush County in the State House of Representatives in 1933 and 1934. Elmer Roth passed away in 1991.
