John Swift school records
Overview
This collection includes elementary school records for John Swift when he attended McAllaster Elementary School in Lawrence, Kansas in the 1950s. There are progress reports or report cards for the years 1952-1953, 1954-1955, and 1955-1956; a spring 1951 letter home from Swift's teacher commenting on his progress over the course of the school year; and class photographs for Mrs. Perry's kindergarten class from 1950-1951 and Mrs. Smith's first grade class from 1951-1952. Both photographs are glued back and front on a scrapbook page, and Swift has marked where he is in both photographs, as well as some class friends.
