The account includes a description of Kramar's reasoning for joining the march, the bus breaking down close to their destination, spending the night before with congregants from the Hope United Church of Christ in Alexandria, Virginia, seeing people in pink pussy hats and other signs of protest and resistance, and a description of the march itself.
