Personal papers of Robert Tague
Overview
This collection consists of two scrapbooks regarding Robert (Bob) Tague's basketball and track performance at Rosedale High in Kansas City, Kansas and his track carreer at the University of Kansas where he and teammates, including Ernie Shelby; Charlie Tidwell; and Billy Mills, won the 1959 N.C.A.A. championship. The scrapbooks include newspaper clippings, photographs, correspondence, certificates, diplomas, track meet programs, and reunion memorabilia. A folder in box 2 contains a few loose pages including a memorial program and an obituary for a former teammate.
