Biography of Brower Burchill
Burchill received his B.A in 1960 from Phillips University, his M.S. from Florida State in 1963 and his Ph.D. from Western Reserve in 1966. He joined the faculty of KU in 1968 and reached full Professor status in 1976. In 1984 he became the Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. He retired in 1995.
