A family history written in 1946 by Edward Harvey, the son of Rebecca Harvey, and edited by Margaret Lynn. The history begins with the birth of Rebecca as a slave and follows her to Lawrence, Kansas, with her family in 1863. There she and her husband, David Harvey, and their four sons lived the rest of their lives. The history also contains a short sketch on the lives of each of their children.
