Draft copies of business and personal letters written by Francis Starkey, apparently extracted from letterbooks for 1836-1837 and 1841-1843. There are 32 pieces, of which 29 are single leaves (2 pages each) and 3 are folded leaves (4 pages each). They have been arranged chronologically based on internal evidence except for 4 undatable leaves placed at the end.
