Papers from the Santo Tomas Internment Camp include memoranda, notices, newsletters, Elizabeth Begole’s First Aid test and certification, maps of the camp, and recipes. These documents were created by various internee committees to deal with food and textile distribution, safety and sanitation, first aid, schooling, building and correspondence. Some are typed on the backs of student papers from when the compound was a university.
