Ruby Wise served as vice-president in 1931-32 and president in 1933-34. She included some newspaper clippings in her programs, and her notes are mostly procedural.

Programs from the funeral services for the following people: Mary Wilhemina Milleret, William Charles Wise, Louie J. Milleret, Kathryn Grace Green, Fred C. Heck, William A. Plaisted, Walter A. Schaal, Lena Catherine Roller, Harry Julius Paulson, and Guy E. Schultz.

Ella Miller served as vice president in 1941-42 and president 1942-43. Programs from these two years are included as well as 8 others. Miller's notes refer to handkerchief exchanges, cards to send, cookies to bring, words to live by, luncheons, and corrections to the program. Some programs include newspaper clippings.

Francis Cawley served as president 1944-46 and her notes pertain to that office in those years. Other notes have to do with poems and bringing donations to charities.

Scope and Contents Pauline Nunemaker’s notes include times, places, and what to bring to luncheons, along with notes about members and those that dropped out of the group. The notes in the 1983-85 programs pertain to her duties as treasurer. The rough draft of a revision of the Oak Ridge Birthday Club Constitution was found folded in the 1981-82 program and the photocopy entitled, “The Ten Commandments of a Farmer’s Wife” was found folded in the 1989-90 program. The secretary minutes were kept in volumes. The volume in folder 37 contains minutes from April 21, 1937 – March 20, 1946; folder 38 covers April 17, 1946 – March 21, 1962; folder 39, April 18, 1962 – March 20, 1974; folder 40, April 17, 1974 – December 19, 1984; and the volume in folder 41 contains minutes from January 16, 1984 – March 15, 1995. The last two volumes have some loose pages.
