Includes papers dealing with building railroads, the Havens farm, and the First Leavenworth Bank and various investment and banking opportunities. Also included are special requisition papers for 1000 rounds of ammunition for the Company “A” Iron Clads received on October 22, 1864 by Havens while serving as ordinance officer of the Kansas State Militia.
