Clippings and one telegram dealing with the student sit-in in Chancelor Wescoe's office led by the Civil Rights Council against housing discrimination. All-American KU footbal player Gayle Sayers was among the many students arrested in their plight to get Wescoe to sign the All-Student Council non-discrimination pact.
