This collection consists of an appointment letter sent to Prescott Keys of Concord, Massachusetts to serve as agent for all of the State of Kansas, excepting Wyandotte County, for the National Bell Telephone Company, written by Theo N. Vail. Also in the collection is a National Bell Telephone flier describing costs for having a Bell telephone line put in.
