This collection consists of six play scripts written by or about Langston Hughes, sometimes with other authors. All scripts have been autographed by Hughes.

Lim has taught English at the University of Kansas since 1978. This collection consists of several issues of Solidarity magazine, and three plays, Sammy's Swingles, Homerica: A Trilogy on Sexual Liberation, and Conpersona: A Recreation in Two Acts.

This collection includes correspondence, personal records, typescript and mimeograph copies of published material, predominantly of plays and poetry.
