Collection includes a prison autograph album and correspondence from Irish nationalist and prisoner, George Watters, who was with the Waterford Irish Republican Army (IRA). There are a few other related papers in the collection as well, including a blank petition for Watters' release.

Some items appear to be duplicates of each other; there are 93 items in total (some items having multiple parts).
