Timothy Miller, University of Kansas professor of religion, conducted a documentation project in 2003, "Contours of Religion in Douglas County (Kansas)," with his students. This collection contains materials on religious groups active at the time in Douglas County, which were collected for the project, as well as some research notes.

Overview

This collection, compiled by Tim Miller, consists of correspondence from Rosalea's Hotel in Harper, Kansas; information about local Lawrence, KS churches and Free State University; as well as photographs from the 2000 Art Car Parade of Lawrence. Tim Miller has been a lecturer and later a professor of Religious Studies at the University of Kansas since the 1970s.
