This collection of miscellaneous documents, written between the 13th to 19th centuries, mostly relate to land and property transactions and maintenance in England. The bulk of the documents are dated from the 16th through 19th centuries. The remaining documents concern legal and official matters, family papers, probate and wills, and accounts and business. The documents pertain to many of the counties in England, as well as some matters taking place in other parts of the British Isles.
Arthur Moore collection
This collection consists of the correspondence and business records of Arthur Moore (1666?-1730) and his immediate family in England in the late 17th and early 18th centuries.
G. Foyle Estates Survey
Volume of survey maps and statistical charts for the estates of G. Foyle, Esquire, showing the fields in 16 parcels of land, and associated commons,waste, and enclosures. 1070 trees located, and separately valued as timber. Most properties appear to be in Dorset, England, between Shaftesbury and Sherborne (including Marnhull and Margaret Marsh); not all have been identified.

This collection consists of a financial volume and related loose sheets, regarding the annuity payments made by "the Estate of the late Montague James, deceased, called Spring Estate" to those who had invested in the Estate. The estate was located in Hanover Parish, Jamaica as well as in London, England.
