Notebook on parliamentary procedures in Great Britain's House of Lords. Covers the years 1621-1715, was probably copied around 1715. In 1715 the House of Lords revised and re-arranged the Standing Orders, copying them to a new Roll. This manuscript is probably a copy of the new Roll, made before new Orders began to be added to the Roll in 1718.
