Leonard Bloomfield was a founder of American linguistic structuralism, dedicated to the establishment of linguistics as a scientific and independent discipline. This collection consists entirely of photocopies of his research regarding the language of the Menominee tribe, originally the inhabitants of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
