The Human Resources Corporation (HRC) of Kansas City, Missouri was incorporated in 1964 as a non-profit, tax exempt community action agency to administer public and private funds for area anti-poverty programs. The collection consists of papers of board member and officer (treasurer) of HRC, Robert E. Rosenwald. They are mostly copies of papers presented to the board for approval of HRC activities.
