The Barker Neighborhood Association, Lawrence, Kansas, was founded in 1982 as the East Central Neighborhood Association. The collection includes Association correspondence with the City of Lawrence regarding neighborhood concerns, flyers advertising gatherings, survey and diagrams relating to sidewalk installation, replacement and repair, and newspaper clippings.
