Overview Charles William Heigham, who flourished in the nineteenth century, copied notes on elections in Suffolk County, England, onto two sheets of paper and placed the sheets into a 1764 copy of The Suffolk Traveller by John Kirby (2nd edition). Heigham also annotated the book with notes of contested elections in the county in the eighteenth century and provided a list of Knights of the Shire 1297-1471.
