Earl Thompson was a critically acclaimed author born in Wichita, Kansas in 1931. This collection includes five of his personal letters written during his time in France to Harvey Ginsberg, his editor. The letters concern his novels, travels, and family life. In addition, there is one letter written by his children concerning his death in 1978.
