David Katzman has been a professor of History and American Studies at the University of Kansas (KU). This collection includes newspapers, clippings, magazines, journals, and papers collected by Dr. Katzman, as well as materials related to his teaching and career at KU.

The collection consists of miscellaneous records, programs, clippings, and other ephemera related to the Helena Chapter No. 210, Order of the Eastern Star, reflecting the activities of Sarah Galitzski.

Susie Moore Whitney spent most of her early life in eastern Kansas, later settling in Kansas City, Missouri. This collection primarily consists of love letters to Whitney from her eventual husband, Charles Lincoln (C.L.) Whitney, as well as correspondence involving other family members, including father Ely Moore Sr., brother Ely Moore Jr., and sister Margaret M. Moore Seewir, between 1873-1890.

The Lawrence Pipe & Steel Company, located in Lawrence, Kansas, was a local business in operation from 1917 until at least 1981. This collection contains tax return forms, newspaper clippings, and company business ledgers.
