Overview

Raymond Moore joined the faculty of the University of Kansas in the Department of Geology in 1916. He also served as State Geologist and Director of the State Geological Survey of Kansas. This collection includes family documents and photographs, personal photographs, field photographs, notes, diaries, journals, Geological Survey Association memoirs and plates, Moore's 75th Birthday Celebration memorabilia, and other personal and professional records detailing his life.
