Lawrence Canning Company, May 11, 1886-February 6, 1894
Scope and Contents
These letterpress volumes contain the outgoing correspondence of the Lawrence Canning Company from 1886 to 1894. The letters reflect the business activities of the Lawrence company in its dealings with suppliers of canning materials, raw produce, and the sale of its annual pack to wholesale grocers throughout the western United States. A great deal of the correspondence is with the Kansas City firm Ridenour and Baker Grocery Company, who distributed the Kaw Valley label throughout the region.
These volumes have not been microfilmed.
