Letter to W.S. Coverston in Bartlett, Kansas from E.C. Montague in Pittsburg, Kansas, July 24, 1887
Item — Box: 1, Folder: 4, item: 30
Dates
- Creation: July 24, 1887
General
Montague is very busy at the butcher shop; they kill 5 or 6 cattle a week and a sheep and hog every day and they even have to open on Sunday. He hasn't had time to make acquaintance with any of the fairer sex in Pittsburg. Complains about not having fun.
