Organizations and Clubs is the largest series and has been divided into two subseries: YWCA Sponsored Clubs and Outside Groups.

The YWCA Sponsored Clubs subseries consists of such items as activity and membership information, clippings, correspondence, and records for various groups.

The Outside Groups subseries includes many of the same types of items, such as clippings, activity information, and correspondence, but concern groups that met at the Yates Branch and often included Yates staff or affected Yates programs.
