Piece of parchment 13.8 x 19 cm. Contains 33 lines, but text badly trimmed on top, bottom, and both sides: probably once part of a binding. Some legal phrases and the names above reasonably clear; the hand is not bad, but the trimming makes deciphering the text difficult. Dorse blank, except for 2 large dim lines, readable in ultraviolet: looks like "Tho Ru'mbecke Ann dimffex [or du'nffex] Catharinen Tutell"
