The Queen is dying, and the Privy Council has issued orders in preparation for the succession (e.g. executing the laws against Papists and Nonjurors).
Begins: May it please Yo' Royl Highness. It having pleased Almighty God to afflict our most Gracious Soveraign the Queen, with a sudden and so violent a sickness, that the Physicians have this morning [reported] ... to us that there is very little expectation of her Maty's Recovery. Wee the Lords of her Maty: most Hobble Privy Councill assembled... issued all necessary Orders... putting the Laws in Execution against Papists & Nonjurors...
