Scope and Contents
From Chatham, Urquhart asks that Miss Mould, daughter of Captain Mould of the Royal Engineers, be given unused free tickets to public amusements while she is visiting at St. James' Park with T. Dodsmith, an office keeper in the Colonial Office. Urquhart also checks on the arrival of a note and enclosure that he had sent earlier.
