Scope and Contents

Urquhart describes the results of a situation involving the Queen, a duke, and lordships of a Board who accuse him unjustly of something. He seeks to have the Board reconsider their decision and reinstate him or grant him a court-martial. He mentions that Colonel Wright and the officers have not been able to provide him with much support.
