Scope and Contents

Item 1 is "A map of part of Walsh's town in the County of Dublin; containing 93 a. 2r. 26p. plantation measure. Surveyed in August 1800 by Lauce Magennis." Map 16.6 x 26.4cm; paper 20.7 x 27.1 cm. Wove paper with watermark, apparently "R & E 1799" (third digit distorted). Shows owners of fields, road to Balrothery, road to Lusk. Must be in the area SE of Drogheda where Balscadden, Balbriggan are.

Item 2 is an envelope addressed to Patrick McEnally, Esq, Newtown, Ballbriggan, Dublin Co. Postmarked July 30, 1870. Stamp removed.

Item 3 is an envelope addressed to Richd McNally, Esq. Newtown, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. Postmark may be July 30, 1870. Stamp removed.

Item 4 is a mourning envelope addressed to Samuel Warren, Esq, Junr, 1 Abercorn Terrace, Sydney Parade, Merrion Dublin. No postmark. Stamp removed.

Item 5 is a notice of raffle for a watch, at Us Old Chapel, Balbriggan, March 17, 1844.
