These records date from 1975-2014 and include programs for various Lawrence Music Club (LMC) events, meeting agendas and minutes, yearbooks, information regarding scholarships offered by the club, newsletters, correspondance, membership proposals and requests, documents relating to National Music Week and LMC's participation in it, reports of the president of LMC, treasurer's reports and budgets, newspaper clippings, bylaw changes, and awards given to the LMC. Material found at this location also includes material from the Kansas Federation of Music Clubs (KFMC), predominately reports of district meetings.

When these materials were donated to the Spencer Research Library, they were organized in binders chronongically rather than separated by record type; therefore an effort was made to maintain this order instead of following the order found for the records located at RH MS 298.
