The materials at this location date from 1909 to 2000 and include some of the earliest records remaining for the Lawrence Music Club. Materials were organized by record type (i.e. yearbooks separate from treasurer's information separate from secretary's recordkeeping books), unlike later materials donated to the Spencer Research Library, which were organized chronologically. Two secretary's record books, for the years 1955-1971, have been housed separately at RH MS C80.
