Photographs have been roughly grouped together by subject matter, including individual people, some identified; groups of people at social events; groups of people working on construction or clean-up projects; buildings in good condition; and buildings in disrepair. Abnormal parking was also documented for complaints. Photographs showing Marci Francisco and Nancy Landon Kassebaum were foldered separately because of their later political careers.
