Scope and Contents

Photographs of Merrill Ross' time at the Tuskegee Air Force training base when learning to be a pilot, as well as from his teaching career at Fort Scott and in Topeka, Kansas. Many photographs were taken by J. B. Anderson, a prominent Topeka-based African American photographer.

All photographs are black and white, most are 8x10".
