Notification by Hubert de Burgh, justiciar of England "That Henry III and his magnates., at Westminster, in 1225 (14 Feb) agreed to ratify the sale by King John to the monks of Dora [Abbey Dore, Herefordshire] of parts of the forest of Trivel. [Treville, 3 mi NE of Abbey Dore]

Physical details: seal on tag, but 2/3 is missing--natural wax, round, approximately 4.5 cm, two-sided. Shows some lozenges: presumably Hubert's arms. In good condition but water-stained.
