2.By Madoc son of Seysil (with consent of wife Wenlyan) to the monks of Abbey Dore of 4 1/2 bovates of land on Grosmund mountain for my soul and the burial of my body Returning 6/9 yearly to the King. [See folder 13 for Madoc's widow's quitclaim.]
3. By Griffinus son of Gronoch son of Wyn (with consent of wife Emeline) "to the monks of Abbey Dore of my land, which lies within the lands of the monks of Landveyr Grange for 5 marks, 2 shillings of silver; and 12 3/4 pence annually.
