Not completely read: hand occasionally obscure.

One endorsement reads "Quieta clamantia Walerandi ap Adam de terra iuxta Lanveyr."

Physical details: 3 seal tags but all seals missing (perhaps never applied?). Labeled on turn up: Walerand', Decanus, Owenus ap Meurit.
