HISTORY of the Kansas Homestead Rehabilitation Corporation (KHRC)
The KHRC was established in October 1934 as a subsidiary of the Kansas Emergency Relief Committee (KERC) while Stutz was executive director of the KERC. He served as the president of the KHRC during this same time until 1937.
