Posters, 1952 - 2006
Scope and Contents
The Kaw Valley Girl Scout Council posters were created for use at various events from the 1950s through the 2000s. The posters are mostly handmade and relate to recruitment, trip planning, Girl Scout history, and individual troops, decorated with photographs, newsletters, badges, and other materials. There are also a few printed posters produced by Kaw Valley Girl Scout Council administration.
Posters at RH MS 1505 and the Hidden Valley Camp poster at RH MS Q466 were disassembled for preservation purposes. Files contain photographs of the original posters prior to disassembly as well as any photographs or documents that were attached to the posters.
