Douglas County's Probate Court journals are a chronological record of the day-to-day proceedings of the court spanning 1855-1974. Each entry shows term of court, case number, title and cause, names of attorneys and parties involved, dates of motions, dates and nature of pleadings filed, court orders and decrees, and judgments.
