Item 19a: Sending Bromley correspondence with M. le Blanc concerning the demolition (1 page); also letter to Le Blanc, in French: if you're going to stay in Paris a while, please forward the appropriate orders for the demolition (page 2); and letter from Le Blanc to Abercrombie and Armstrong, also in French: The King says you can start the demolition if you demolish the citadel at the same time. I shall be back shortly; meanwhile you can start on the citadel. Concerning the drainage sluices, one hardly wants to flood the country (page 3).
