The people in this image could possibly be from the Modoc tribe. This photograph depicts six Native Americans standing in a line in front of tipis. The man farthest on the right is wearing a deputy or police badge on his coat.

Also included in the folder is a printed program. On the back of the program is this photograph with the caption, "A band of Modocs on their annual holiday hunt."
