This sub-series contains material associated with Harkness's work with the Central States Coalition on Aging (CSCA), later the United States Coalition on Aging (USCA). It includes bylaws and articles of incorporation, meeting minutes and correspondence, grant materials, planning committee materials, informational booklets, Aging Forum materials associated with the CSCA/USCA, and material associated with the planning and organizing of CSCA/USCA conferences and regional White House Conferences on Aging.

Material was arranged in rough alphabetical order by Spencer processing staff. Groupings of conference materials were separated out by year for ease of access.
