This sub-series contains material related to Harkness's work with the Kansas Coalition on Aging (KCOA) and includes materials related to the 400,000+ Club, correspondence, meeting minutes and agendas, directories, newsletters, Kansas public policies regarding adult day care and long-term care, and reference materials from other aging agencies.
There are also materials related to the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program and the Kansas Long Term Care Act.
