London. Draft of letter to Robert Shee. Yours of 9 April received. You misunderstand my position re Eon. Eon denies what you assert. Enclose copy of what I submitted with Eyles to Ministry to have instructions to Ambassador. Eyles wanted to add other matters, but I said that would overload it. First get what already proposed at Court of Madrid or 24 April, Aranjuez received. I lay before the Ministry whatever will lead to harmony between Great Britain and Spain. My concern in the affair of the Reservations and the revocation of the Cedula for hindering the Company sending their goods; the next thing to be pressed is the Confirmation of the Assignments
