General
London. Letter to Mr. Shee. You're back from silver mines, having dropped me for more profitable employment. I employed you for more than the Reservations. Paying you over the years and repaying the SS Co has so injured my finances that I cannot help you or your family. You did not forward my letter to Stratford. Eon has left his wife at Paris. Mr. Stanhope has been elected from Derbyshire; he has inspected my Commission and Orendayn correspondence and believes I should settle all Assiento disputes. Assiento for Negroes is a private contract not part of Utrecht or approaching Congress. Service to our friend in Majorca
