1482: Caribou Eskimos. Pl. 2, Fig. 1. Anoteelik and Mike. [Marked "do not use this". Similar photo appears as Pl. 2, Fig 1 in Caribou Eskimos of the Upper Kazan River] 1484: Three downy young in nest of Harris's Sparrow. Nest on ground is in a clump of dwarf birch on a gravel ridge (Barrens) at the mouth of Windy River. Original text stricken out and new text reads "Fig. 8 -- Three young Harris's Sparrows, with dense..." [This photo has been cropped from its original size, losing the first two digits of the Harper Photo # and the ends of some of the original text. Extrapolated the photo number from the dates.] 1485: Site of Harris's Sparrow's nest, in a clump of dwarf birch between packsack at right and boulder at left. On a gravelly ridge (Barrens) at the mouth of Windy River. Patch of spruce in middle distance. [This has been stricken through and replaced with: "Fig 6 - Site of Harris's Sparrow nest, on ground in a clump of dwarf birch at left of pack-sack, on a ridge in the barren grounds at the mouth of Windy River. Black spruce in distance."] 1487: Round Whitefish (Prosopinum) (Specimen No. 540), 335 mm. in total length, from Windy Bay at the mouth of Windy River.
